The above photo is a prototype of a vibration absorbing hard drive bracket.  The customer needed to protect a hard drive in a mobile application.  This product is designed to house a 3.5" hard drive in a standard 5.25" half-height drive bay.  The hard drive gains 1/8" travel in all directions utilizing rubber boots. 

We sourced the hardware and produced the design for the metal fabrication, plating, cable assemblies and shipping packaging.  We also produced the assembly documentation and trained the production staff how to assemble this product.
